「A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.」

「The hotel is closed to bus station, the SPA is not big, but very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast is great, we did have fun during our stay here.」

「Our stay at this hotel was very satisfying. Its location is excellent — just a 15-minute walk to the Zermatt Matterhorn Viewpoint, which was perfect for my early morning photo shoots of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was outstanding, with a high standard of food and an amazing view. The staff were very helpful and recommended great sightseeing spots for us to explore. Highly recommended.」

「In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Unterkunft war für 2 Nächte ok. Zentral gelegen, 2 Min. vom Bahnhof entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nahe. Die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Die sanitäre Anlage sehr renovationsbedürftig!! Duschen in der Badewanne, war soweit ok, jedoch lief das Wasser nicht ab. Ebenso beim Lavabo nicht. Toilette starke braune Kalkablagerungen. 」

They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans.」
