Comfortable hotel. The staff were kind and attentive. We parked just outside the hotel on the street and it was very cheap. Also a good location to walk around the city

A Viseu delight !

Wonderful boutique hotel in a quieter area of Viseu surrounded by water fountains, a lovely church and a simply wonderful park with an abundance of wildlife. Great selection of close restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Vintage restaurant just a 2 minute walk. The owner is a real charmer. The staff at Avenida are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. A highly recommended stay

The staff at Avenida was amazing 👏 They made our stay extra special and they made us feel at home. I want to especially mention Bella. She is the kindest sweetest soul. She went out of our way to care for us and assisted us during our stay. She works faithfully with lots of love ❤️. WE WILL BE BACK.

Excelente, porém há pontos de melhoria.

Estadia exatamente como previsto, excelente fiquei no quarto 212 entretanto tinha uma rachadura na parede do meu quarto e o chão quando andava fazia barulhos. Fora isso excelente, serviço excelente, funcionários impecáveis.
