"To start off i got the 1 bedroom room, everything was great in the room it was clean no bugs no stains all the things you look for. They provide you laundry detergent, dish washer pods, pots, pans, and of course soaps and shampoo. They even provided the vacuum cleaner if needed. The staff were all kind, no issues there. The activities that are available those that you have to pay for and those that were free they still treated you the same and like you were important. I think out of everything i only had 2 complaints the first being i was on the ground floor, i had neighbors above me, it sounded amplified the people walking, running, jumping. That annoyed me but luckily most people were out of the rooms during the day. The second was that in the one bedroom you get a whirlpool big enough for 2 people but filling it up it didnt stay long. The last thing that i wouldnt really say was a complaint but just caught me off guard i thought the fire place gave off heat but mine didnt. Still very pretty to look at. The game room was small and so was the exercise room but still good things in it. Didnt use the pool, public hot tub, or any of the courts. Overall would stay here again. "
