"The room was ok, but the bed linen had hair from previous guests. And so was the bathtub. So the two major things that we needed during our stay were unusable. After contacting the front desk they mentioned being short staffed and finally at 9:30 PM I got the half of the items requested and then I was supposed to make the beds. Which means taking out sheets and pillow cases used by others and change them! Thankfully I was carrying couple of car cushions and blanket in my car from winters. So I grabbed those and we somehow passed the night and were out as soon as there was daylight. Spending 1 Night was no less than a disaster! We didn’t use shower at all!! Spoke again with the front desk in the morning and made her aware of the situation and she said she would get back to me, but have not heard anything back in 24 hours.
It is not like they didn’t have options, they could have offered a clean ready room, or fixed the problem. Cleaning someone else’s used stuff is not my problem! So we just paid $$$ to be under a roof over our head for a night. Thankfully had not booked it for more than a night! We checked into another hotel same time as we checked out from there. "
