「The owner and his wife were lovely, friendly, and accommodating hosts. The room was renovated and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the refrigerator was larger than normal, with a separate freezer section. The property was clean, quiet, and well kept. Parking was very convenient, right behind the building. The price is more than reasonable, and they deserve the high rating they have. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend The Bay Inn!!」

「Wonderful stay here for Thanksgiving! Quite secluded, but not in a shady kind of way. It is right next to the Langley AFB, so there is some noise from there, but the view is nice! Not too far from anywhere you'd need to go in Hampton, either. The owners are very kind and welcoming and always made sure we had what we needed! I would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Hampton on a bit of a budget. Rooms were old, but clean. 」

「Close to the ocean that’s a good thing about this hotel. But the room was so dirty. They didn’t even Change the sheets and I found a dirty face cloth on top of the shower curtain just gross.」

「It was a staff came in late night my first night and then extended my stay wasn't pleased on how Expedia took so long almost an hour and a half on the phone before I got it taken care of but I do like the location also」
