Shower drain was clogged. Standing in water. Opened doors under the sink. One fell off, loaded with mold. While air conditioner seemed to work entire room seemed damp. Do not walk around bare foot. Feet smelled like poop after taking a shower.

The only things we enjoyed about our stay at Aqua Vista Resort Hotel were the beautiful beachfront view and the pool. It’s also just a short walking distance to the beach, which was convenient. However, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. The elevator was unreliable and made us feel unsafe. The front desk male staff was unfriendly and not welcoming at all, which really set the tone for the stay. The pillows in the room were uncomfortable, and to make things worse, the microwave was broken—it kept turning on by itself, so we had to unplug it completely. Definitely not what we expected from a hotel claiming to offer comfort and convenience.

I stayed on 3rd floor overlooking the pool area. The room was ok good size. Not possible to get fresh air in the room. No direct access to a balcony or similar. The poolwas very dirty. The elevator floor was damaged. It was very busy. Loads of sand inside the property. This is from the beach and guests having a disregard for cleanli.

Please make sure your guest decal is showing my vehicle was towed same night of check in staff didn’t check that my vehicle was registered there and I was parked in the correct parking lot it made the rest of my stay very inconvenient spent the afternoon getting my vehicle back from tow yard and looking for a parking space when I got my vehicle back the parking is across the street from hotel and it was completely full stayed close to my vehicle because of NO Parking crowded and definitely didn’t want to get towed again when I finally returned to my room 1030 at night tv work went to the front desk for assistance she said help was gone went to sit on balcony part of the chair was broken the hotel could use a lot of upgrades only one elevator needs couple more for the amount of guest that stays there and spray for roach the staff was very friendly Andrew and Jean were excellent and exceptionally kind went beyond to make the rest of my night ok other than that the property is perfect location for oceanfront

The location of this hotel is great. It’s beachfront, and you have a great ocean view. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, this property was very costly for what you’re getting. The rooms are a nice size but very basic in terms of quality and amenities.

The parking being a block over was a hassle. They had sand all around the pool and in it. Wouldn't restock towels by the pool. The towels in the room were dirty and the shower walls are stained brown. There is no mirrors inside the bathroom. No closet. Wobbly furniture. Hand no bar soap extra. The shampoo and lotion barely came out of the bottles and there was barely any shower water pressure. I don't plan on coming back here.
