「Nous avons séjourné pour la deuxième fois dans cet hôtel et avons de nouveau été très satisfaits. Nous apprécions particulièrement son emplacement pratique sur la route vers Madrid, tout en étant proche du centre-ville de Vitoria. Le calme, la propreté des lieux, la gentillesse du personnel ainsi que le confort des lits sont toujours au rendez-vous. Idéal pour des familles!」

「The hotel itself is very nice. Decoration is a bit antique, classic Roman style. However, the site says it has an elevator and that is not the case. There is no elevator in either building. The main building only has a wheelchair rail. The room had a very nice view. Bed was comfortable and pillows are ok. The tub is very small and we found hairs in our towels The location is great. 5 min walk from the main square. The Parking garage that they have the discount with is also 3 mins from...

「No dispone de ascensor, si llevas maleta pesada se hace un poco complejo subir todas sus escaleras. No dispone de opción de desayuno, ni aparcamiento. No dispone de recepción, yo llegué tarde, llamé al número de teléfono de contacto porque tenía problemas en el acceso y el teléfono directamente estaba apagado. Por suerte, pude solucionarlo, gracias a otros huéspedes que estaban ahí. En las habitaciones hace un poco de frío. Lo único positivo es que está muy bien ubicado, pero no volveré a...
