「This is the most beautiful hotel we stayed in Sicily. The staff was friendly, attentive and super professional. Our room was beautiful with a nice terrace. The architects/designers did a wonderful job renovating this villa. 」

「Super freundliches Personal, sehr schöne Anlage, gepflegt, ruhig gelegen, Frûhstück lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Perfekter Service. Einzig die Matratze war für uns etwas zu hart. Air condition, Wifi, alles funktionierte zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Auch der super Service am Pool muss gelobt werden. 」

「This hotel is actually well situated, The San Giorgio church is located just the corner of the hotel, it is walking distance to the center, parking is available when you enter the hotel, however it is only a cul-de-sac! Although search Google map navigation that it a through road to take consequently the mistake took us great pain to back up our car and make the U turn! 」

Nota dolente la camera Village da 4, decisamente da ristrutturare e con spazi non adeguati per ospitare un letto a castello. Armadio insufficiente per 4 persone. 「Wir haben ein Zweizimmer Family Appartement gebucht, dieses ist sehr grosszügig und toll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zur Strasse. Unser Appartement war zudem über der Küche, das Personal hat bis spät in die Nacht aufgeräumt, was leider sehr gut zu hören war. Die Lage ist ausserhalb und südlich von Ragusa, nach Marina di Ragusa ist in ca 10 Fahrminuten erreichbar. Top Service, super Frühstück - wir haben es genossen.」

「The staff at Albergo Diffuso know the problems we had with the wi-fi in the apt . Very weak or non existent signal made it hard to communicate at all times of the day or night. There is a loose metal grating in the street that clatters loudly every time a car goes over it. Something for the city to fix, it's very annoying 」

「A very nice hotel made even better by the staff. The team made excellent suggestions for dinner, including at the hotel itself, beaches and things to do. When their expertise came into its own was when the weather deteriorated and made reservations to enjoy lunch and wine tasting at a vineyard, then at an olive oil factory. Both fab experiences. 」
