「The room is clean, cozy, and free of any unpleasant odors. It is quiet and equipped with essential appliances such as a washing machine, hair dryer, electric kettle, and TV. The balcony offers a river view. There's a department store next door with a variety of international restaurants, McDonald's, Starbucks, and a supermarket, including a Korean market. In the evening, many people exercise outdoors, giving the impression that it's a safe neighborhood.」

「The rooms are big and clean. The swimming pool is just in front of thr rooms. Easy. Relaxing. Great choice for chilling in weekends. 10 min walk to An Phuc metro station and from there only few stations to the Opera House in district 1.」

「Good location and good communication with the host. The property needs maintenance, and deep cleaning. The sofa and chairs were filthy. Also my sheets were stained. The shower drain was clogged. Also lots of ants in the kitchen area ( even if we only used the apartment to sleep and no cooking). There is a sign full of threats that I don't really appreciate, doesn't make you feel welcome. No cleaning services, towel replacement and toilet paper replanisment in all the 5 days I was there. The...
