「It was a Wyndam Resort property. They offered to show me their timeshares, but did not push it on me. The property was beautiful and my unit was quiet and close to the exit, which I asked for. All staff were courteous and helpful. The price was comparable to local hotels without as many amenities. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.」

「The rooftop experience was awesome and easily the highlight of our stay. The lowlight was the valet situation. Spent several minutes waiting each time we wanted to get the rental car out.」

「Had to wait at the front desk to check in because the young man in charge was on the phone with a customer with a billing issue. Clearly he was not trained in how to prioritize the front desk and no management to help him out. The hotel was good, but the service, including shuttle was not. 4 of us were signed up for 4 am trip to the airport, and 12 people were waiting at 4. The communication about the shuttle process was poor and managed the front desk.」

「Wonderful location, next to Old Town, etc. Room was very spacious and clean. Enjoyed the stay but had a bit of an issue with the elevator - supervisor/manager accommodated us tremendously and we were very appreciative! Great amenities too. Overall great stay and would come back.」

「Staffperson was courteous and accommodating, room and grounds were clean - it was just that the people in the next room were very loud late at night. Convenient location close to freeway.」
