We got incredibly lucky finding this treasure! Alejandra, the owner, is a gem, who welcomed us with warmth and care from the minute we booked. Comfortable room, great rooftop views. We only booked for one night, and wish we’d stayed longer!

A little bit of heaven

Lovely, open view to the ocean. The roof top terrace was great for breakfast. Easy parking and in a quiet residential are.

A welcoming, professional and friendly accommodation. Welcome felt the warmth from the owner and we were really grateful for your hospitality. Great central location, good parking. Comfortable room. Excellent WiFi. Lovely shower. Excellent value for money. Breakfast was wonderful, and set us up for the day. I have travelled extensively, and stayed in hundreds of rooms. This place was special.

Buena atención por parte de Alejandra, el desayuno bueno, siempre amables y atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del reloj de Viña, y de medios de transporte. Se podría mejorar en cuanto a los ruidos, nos tocó la habitación número 2, y si de noche alguien sube o baja por la escalera se escucha desde la habitación. Pero nada que sea muy molesto.

흠잡을 것이 하나도 없는 호텔입니다. 비싸지 않으면서도 깨끗한 숙소를 원하는 사람에게는 최고의 선택이에요. 정말 깨끗하고 방에 들어가면 항상 좋은 향기가 나서 지내는 동안 기분이 좋았어요. 추가 지불하고 먹은 아침식사도 좋았고, 정말 친절해서 다음에 또 가고 싶어요.

Muy buena experiencia. Altamente recomendable, viajamos con un niño de 2 años y la verdad que lo recomiendo!! Las personas que lo atienden son muy predispuestas y amables. El desayuno es muy completo y variado. La limpieza es excelente...Si tienen pensado ir a Viña no duden en hospedarse en Casa Moro!

Hemos disfrutado de los famosos fuegos artificiales de Viña del Mar para fin de año en la magnífica terraza desde donde se veía toda la bahía desde Valparaíso hasta Reñaca. La atención de Alejandra y Quique en toda la estadía ha sido muy especial!
