"Great value hotel! Excellent customer service, Zacharia was outstanding. The location worked well for us. The property was clean with a good size room, free parking with lots of spaces. We needed a convenient affordable hotel and this worked perfectly. "

"Extremely friendly staff, helped to find restaurant and map. Breakfast good value and tea leaf tea! One member of staff dusting the windows at 22:30. Did I say very good value?"

"Nice quiet stay, nice large comfortable room, nice pool. Very good breakfast. Chateau is near the Canal were you can have a very nice walk, towards the city of Roanne or not."

"Helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast and dinner, A/C in the room. On the negative side, rooms are tiny and there doesn't seem to be an attendant on premises at night."

"So quiet and al"

"This hotel is for you if you want a rustic experience in the middle of the mountains on a very winding, steep and narrow road. I had a business meeting in the nearby town of Cours and thought that this little hotel would be a good place for the night before. "Very friendly and helpful hosts, welcoming and a lovely meal made for our arrival. Comfortable room in magnificent old chateau."

"Very nice place and super sweet and serviceminded hosts. The Price however was way over the normal standard. But it could be Ok, if the hotel was excellent. The website said aircondition, but there was no Aircondition. It also said pool, but it was green and not fit to swin in. There were bugs all over the room, and we were served as the buffet :-/ The dinner was good and the host really sweet, so all in all a Ok hotel, but the Price for one night is the same as we just paid for two nights (with...
