We hadn't seen that instruction, and nobody answered when we phoned the number on the door at 8pm. Luckily a local was passing and was able to help contact the hotel and get us in. "It was terrible. Had overlooked there was no aircondition in the room and it was hot and humid. But what made the stay terrible was that there furnace was broken so you could only shower in very cold water."
