「We were staying in Paris 9 nights and ended up needing 1 more night at the beginning of our stay, the place we were staying couldn’t add it for us so we ended up looking for somewhere else and ended up here. I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. Made me wish we could have stayed here the whole time. Really spacious and our place had a great view of Sacre Coeur. We loved the place and Marco was very helpful and welcoming.」

「We had a brilliant time staying in Paris, and the apartment was really well located. The communication around checking in was easy to understand, and a follow up to make sure we had made it ok was a nice touch. The apartment was really clean, well equipped and the three double bedrooms was something not many other apartments could offer. The only issue we experienced was not being able to work the aircon in the apartment. Possibly broken, or possibly user error…I’m not sure which one.」

During my visit, I accidentally left a shoe valued at $2,000 in the room. I only realised it a month later when I returned to L.A. What makes this experience unforgettable is the incredible customer service. I wasn’t even completely sure I had left the shoe in Paris, since we continued traveling through the south of France afterward. But...

「This was an amazing stay for a few different reasons. Our contact was very responsive. It is unit 7 with a very small stair case on the 3rd level. The bed was a very comfortable Queen size bed with a decent bathroom with good water pressure. The toilet was not part of the bathroom and really small but we found it just was typical Europe. 「There was no staff on site at all, We were given combonations to enter from the street and a combonarion to enter the room. The rooms had little which appeared to be sugar ants througout the rooms.」
