"Having decided to visit Mont st Michel at the last minute we stumbled upon Les Hauts. It has the most incredible views across the bay. The property is set in beautiful grounds of tropical plants, such as palms, mimosa and Magnolias. From the house you can walk to the beach ( 5 minutes) a small bar and bakers ( very good cakes and baguettes). Swimming is best at high tide. "The family were so lovely and welcoming. We got to meet the father who was so very interesting and shared many memories and stories of the Chateau and his family. Would recommend staying to all for a unique French Chateau experience. Also loved the five-course evening meal by the chef, truly unique."
