Rooms refurbished without an eye for detail . Some dated and unreliable plumbing. Water completely off one evening without warning. Drain smells . Poor bathroom lighting. Noise from room above etc Impressive public areas but lots of maintenance issues . Not a 5 or even a 4 star hotel ."

"Een mooi hotel maar een aantal zaken in onderhoud. Dit was wel direct gemeld nadat we geboekt hadden. Zoals het zwembad en de fitness ruimte. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon en modern. Het ontbijt was elke keer met veel vers fruit beschikbaar. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. "

"This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Guardamar with everything on it's doorstep. From the Reception staff to their Housekeeping, from the Bar Staff to their varied menus absolutely everything was excellent. The room was very comfortable, free WFI and TV with 3 English channels plus a fridge. A kettle was available if requested at Reception. Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely solarium with plenty of beds. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again"
