「In dire need of proper facility maintenance. Many things broken or in poor repair, worn, dirty. Floors were filthy. I’m surprised corporate hasn’t shut this location down. Staff was pleasant.」

「Had an issue with the microwave basically frying, I was offered the lobby microwave to use, if I needed to. I declined due to having a plan B. I did observe the bathroom needed minor touch up, but nothing that stuck out for being highly upset. Everyone speaks to you like you’re someone, and input is very important to them. I have never had any issues with the hotel. They make a lot of effort to satisfy.」

「Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Beth at Burrell and Flynn’s Farm. Beautiful home and comfortable room. Lots of love and thought put into anticipating guests needs from the welcome reception to the details in each room and bathroom. Breakfast was a highlight and got us set for our day. Very well done and look to return in the future. 」

「Most amazing stay after an awful event at another hotel they went beyond the normal to make us comfortable not charging for us to come in at 8 am I will be staying there every time I go to Augusta for work I’ll make they 25 mile drive to be safe and comfortable in clean rooms」
