「The room is small, the towels are broken, the hairdryer is broken. Checkin on 11pm, but I had to wait the man who looks like sleepy and just throw the room card to me and said nothing.」

「The staff is wonderful, very attentive and always very polite and friendly. The location is just in the center of the city and it’s the only hotel I’ve found that offers valet parking right at the door. The corridor and courtyards are all beautifully decorated with a colonial style. The rooms might be a little sparce and the linens a little older but a everything is always clean and working. If the room is just to sleep and shower because you will be exploring the city, this hotel is just...

「The hotel location is about 17 minute walk to the Centro of Morelia. Also the hotel is right by the Callejon del Romance. We felt safe walking around and a lot of eating opinions. Staff are very welcoming. Thank you!」
