Hotel Riu Emerald Bay - All Inclusive
The only downside for our stay was the elevator system. The size of it and frequency that it was available was frustrating some times. If it was possible, it would be nice if certain elevators only went to certain floors (2-10, 11-22), with all being able to go to lobby and dining floor.

Zafiro Beach Boutique Resort
This is not a resort. It’s a dump. No spa, no excercise room, no food, no bar, ice cold pool, battered up chairs&unbrellas, not maintained repairs and landscaping.
