「Staff were all welcoming and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the choice was excellent. Great location for the ferry at Carciano and a lovely walk in to Stresa mostly along the lake Used the pool a couple of times - a little cold but fine once you're in.」

「Our room was lovely. Great size bathroom & show. Great view of the lake, listening to the water was very soothing. Chairs on balcony were not very comfortable but we still used them daily and it would be nice to have a small table out there. Otherwise staff was very nice and accommodating. 」

La struttura è complessivamente un po' (ma piacevolmente) datata, alcuni particolari in camera potrebbero essere arricchiti o migliorati, ma si tratta di un due stelle con una tariffa proporzionata. Accoglienza calorosa, soggiorno gradevole.」
