Room was clean but towels very hard, never fixed the toilet, staff non existent, always locked out of the property and have to yell constantly for someone to let me in, no access to any appliances, they have a big kitchen there but dont let u use anything, didnt clean our room as promised, no drinks ...

I loved the pool ! The restaurants.menu was ok , I mean its Nicaragua , so therr is food everywhere! No need to be stuck inside a hotel. But if you are , you can always orser food ! Drinks were amazing 👏 flor de cana always the best drink in central America ! & Make sure you book a massage !
