「Excellent à tous les niveaux」

「I absolutely love this place. It feels so homey and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere is beautiful. The food is delicious. Staff very nice and helpful. The only minor downsides on this visit were the shower pressure being (very) low and with a broken handheld showerhead, pillows that felt a bit oversized, and curtains that did not block the light quite enough. But none of that is reason enough to stay away. We plan to return many times. And I entirely recommend you try it!」

「View is great, vibe/decor is nice. Communication was excellent. However, the place was not clean (to my liking). Thankfully the bathroom and sheets were clean but overall it was extremely dusty and we found multiple pieces of garbage/food waste on the floor, or behind/under things. The overall upkeep is not the best, there were multiple broken things (frames, crack in the bath, broken toilet paper holder... just to name a few). There wasn't any mention of a washer in dryer in our unit but we did...

「pool is lovely after a ski. the ambience is serene. the fondu is delicious. the staff was like being home. the beds very comfy. layout was like being in a 50s to 70s cool hangout...like real cool. charming and beyond. didnt miss the 5 star granite or the modern stuff and just feel addicted to this place like i stepped into a dream. everything was that was once wrong was now perfect....how to explain more than that.」

「TV was down for a while. But, that was provider issue. On a hill. Access to room without winter tires was tricky. Great staff. Comfy beds. Clean room! Great stay.」

「Great location for our ski trip. Room had plenty of space to store our winter gear. Although the property looks dated, our room was renovated with new furniture. Good value for the money. 」

「Check-in was relatively quick and simple. Plates and kitchen cutleries were dirty and in bad shape to use. Decent room space 」
