「We had a great stay ! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everyone is friendly. The breakfast is amazing . Ferry is just few steps from the hotel . The bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Our room is clean and the view of the lake is priceless .」

「Natalia was extremely helpful. Google Maps will try to tell you it’s on a 8 min walk to the ferry. It’s much longer. The manager dropped me to the ferry several times. She was fantastic」

「No amenities. No tissues, no wash cloths, had to ask for soap. There was no elevator. No restaurant. Free breakfast was only continental. Very limited bar and only upon request. All personal left the property at 7:30, doors were locked so only way to enter the hotel was with a key. Each room had only one key. Check-in was decent but it was down hill from there. Staff was not friendly and any request was treated as a chore. The view was great but everything else was way below standard.」

「We had a lovely stay at The Edition Lake Como. The property being brand new was a definite plus in terms of the setting. Restaurants on property were solid but definitely the best was Cetino. Staff support is very inconsistent, some were amazing like the front desk team and Vasi at the Pool! Seems like they are still figuring out communication and process in the early days of being open. I will say the hotel lacked a bit of the Italian charm that we typically look for when traveling in Italy, so...

「Conveniently situated on the waterfront opposite the ferry pier and bus stops with great views across the lake to Bellagio. The setting is unfortunately spoilt by the busy coastal road that runs in front of the hotel, the angry buzz of motorbikes etc. Rear-facing rooms with frosted windows and no view best avoided. Clientele dominated by parties of elderly Brits and Germans.」
