Although It's a smoking room, we can barely smell the smoke. the room is clean, neat, and well equipped. It's 3 mins walk to a mall with Carrefour and McDonald, and 5-7 mins walk to metro and tram, pretty nice located. Would recommend to anyone. 」

「Front desk staff is friendly but a bit inflexible in providing early check-in. We have a case with the transport company but the front desk staff just helped to explain in English to us, without really helping in resolving. The best thing of the hotel is the hygiene of the room is very good. The bed and pillow are comfortable too. The swimming pool is really small and fully packed with guests. 「Customer focused service at its very best. I stay in approx 50 hotels a year with my work, but here i was with my wife for a long weekend. There was just something special about the attentiveness of the staff to ensure our stay was memorable and perfect. The breakfast, room comfort, cleanliness, location and just about everthing was faultless. Only wished we had stayed longer, and would definitely recommend and will return soon」
