Early seaplane time is9:15,but they told me I have to check out at 8:15.breakfast stat from 7:30.someone ask for luggage around 8 o’clock outside room,and waited for clean with cleaner staff . I waited in lobby until 9:30 but no other comes in lobby,after 10minuted another couple came. After 10minutes boat came. Don’t know why ask us for so early check out and so long waiting.but another couple they didn’t wait. Nothing special but nice sea

We regret to read that you are unsatisfied with the waiting time in regards to your departure arrangements. Kindly note that the regular check out for all our guests is one hour prior to seaplane departure to complete all check out procedures and make sure that we are not causing any delays in the TMA schedule. In order to provide you more time to enjoy our island during your short stay, we have had planned a later transfer for you. However, due to your preferred connection flight to the next hotel, the best suitable seaplane was arranged . 在飯店海邊浮淺就看到了魟魚 海龜 以及各種美麗的魚群 我是FB的行程 食物都很有水準有變化 飯店很大方提供各種活動的體驗 因為這次只待五晚 實在是太短了 不然都好想一一深刻體驗

我們選擇的是水上屋 ，屋內設備使人覺得舒適，特別一打開露台窗便是一望無際白沙及海洋 ，配合藍天白雲景色一絕!房客可隨時從樓梯下水。不需浮潛到很遠的位置，就已經看見小鯊魚，珊瑚，魚，海參，八爪魚 等水中生物。 到了夜晚，一枱頭望上天， 便是星海，在城市絕對難以看到，若坐在椅子上觀看，必定是人生一大享受。 推薦All inclusive Plan 基本上去到哪都能任飲任食，還有24小時下午茶供應，亦包括免費出海看日落海豚，免費welcome spa等。 推薦無邊際泳池。 性價比高。

整體環境佳
餐廳服務人員親切友善，整體環境佳，浮潛離海溝近，不會游泳的我也在這次假期中找到浮潛樂趣。唯一美中不足的是有一次在日落酒吧點飲料遲遲未上，詢問之下服務人員推辭說已經給了，讓人為此打了折扣。另外房間蓮蓬頭固定的裝置壞了。

Can try, with better options elsewhere.
Things to appreciate:- natural environment (got house reef with diverse kinds of tropical fishes), cleanliness of resort, seamliness of seaplane transfer Things to improve:- services (not responsive for most of the time, esp on replenishment of daily amenities), wifi (complained for several times, much annoyed), food (buffet meals are repetitive and heavy taste, either too salty or too sweet) I think there should be other resorts in the area offering better.

On the positive side the house reef all around the island is great for snorkelling, the organised snorkelling trips are great I swam with manta rays, turtles and whale sharks, some of the staff were awesome (especially Danella and the waiter who served out table), tremendous buffet food (far above my expectations for full board) and the sea plane trip to the island is a once in a lifetime treat. On the negative side many of the staff had a don't care attitude and could not be bothered or were not capable to help sort out small problems or give proactive advice on how to get the best out of the island. If you want an island with its own coral reef so you can snorkel direct from the beach then this is a good resort. However, if you are not going to be doing that there are other resorts which probably meet your needs better than this island.

值得推荐！水屋价格比起其它同星级酒店确实便宜许多！WIFI需要加强！
整体觉得不错，A级浮潜地带，价格和其他同星级比较，这间确实较廉宜也物有所值！值得推荐！只是很奇怪每次整理客房时都没有换浴巾。。需要打电话通知。。订的是全包，也是水上+按摩浴缸屋，风景超美！！吃方面只限定在靠近水屋的餐厅，食物时常都有更换，不会腻。。全包也不是所有酒类可以喝，有限定。。但是有小吃可以任吃哦。。

接待我們的服務人員十分親切細心(summer)常常詢問是否需要幫忙覺得備感溫馨，免費升等一日沙屋，窗戶望出去就是大海，超美，AIP可隨時喝點飲料，小點，三餐也都吃的不錯，每天都有更換主題，淺灘居然有小鯊魚，我還與他游了一段，十分特別的經驗，有機會一定會再去

一个歧视华人，没有担当的酒店
一次非常差的住宿体验。本人带孩子在该岛预定了7晚的豪华按摩水屋，说明这点是我们真的是来度假享受服务的，然后事与愿违，离开前一天，在参加酒店组织浮潜活动的时候，被水上用来定位用的救生圈，固定救生圈绳子的铁片把脚后跟劈开了，因为泡在海水里并没有感觉很疼，下着暴雨浪很大，教练很快把我们带上岸，上岸后发现流很多血伤口很大，就马上去了前台找中文客服。她建议我们去医务室包扎，医生说伤口有5毫米深血流不止，建议去外岛医院缝针。考虑这里的医疗并不太好而且第二天回国，就没有去，只是做了包扎，医生还让我写了自愿保证书。我告诉酒店我受伤的位置及原因，酒店人当时就很吃惊，说那个铁片位置很深不可能碰到，是不是我潜的深了，我说我不会游泳，穿救生衣也不可能潜的深。后面的事情，越来越令人失望。首先晚餐的时候，酒店打电话到餐厅，告知我，因为我明天要走了，所以他们出于好心，就以后再检查，我包扎的50刀免掉，药物费28刀自己。他们以后会查。我说本着对我和其他客人负责，马上检查不应该吗？我已告诉你们确定的位置地点，水又不深，扎个猛子就看清楚了。后来发现我的坚持是错误的，第二天他们告诉我检查过了没有隐患。因为酒店是他们的，他们如果不想负责他们会有各种理由推脱。我在这个岛是参加他们的课程被他们的设备割伤，直到我离岛的那一刻，整个过程没有一句道歉都没有，他们几乎是欢呼雀跃把我们的行李扔上了船，请大家想一想，如果我是白人，他们会吗敢吗？马尔代夫这么多岛，如果要去这家，你们真的该好好考虑下。

尊敬的客人， 当这起意外发生的最开始， 我们就给予最真诚的道歉。维拉曼都度假村总是将客人的健康与安全放置第一位。当您来前台告知这起事件，我们就答复您我们会于第二天早晨在事发地点做深入调查。因为事发当天傍晚的天气状况导致海浪非常大，我们的工作人员无法做全面深入的调查。 在第二天的早晨，我们检查了您事发的区域（救生圈及绳索）， 但并未发现任何能造成您脚后跟受伤的物品。 于此同时，我们也将这一调查结果如实反映给您。此外，我们也告知您造成此事最大的可能是您不小心踩到了珊瑚。 事发后，尽管你再三拒绝，我们的医生仍然坚持建议您去居民岛Mahibadhoo做进一步检查以免因为延迟治疗而造成更糟糕的情况。最终，您还是接受了我们的建议去该医院做了进一步检查。 出于我们的关怀， 我们并未收取您在维拉曼都和Mahibadhoo岛医院的医疗费用，往返居民岛快艇费用，以及您在岛上娱乐消费的费用(US$1129.43). 我们非常期待您再次选择维拉曼都度假村

水上屋不錯
風景非常美麗，而且水很清，水底可以看到大量珊瑚礁，而且提示不少活動︰浮潛、潛水和釣魚，可以在酒店內預定。 可以買的東西不多，而且很多地方沒有冷氣，大堂及餐廳也是沙地來的。 我們是Full Board的，所以沒有離開酒店食飯，而餐廳提示的餐點不算非常出色但也不錯。 我們中間有圍著島的沙灘走了一圈，所以發現沙灘上有蟻窩，而且沙也不算非常幼細，而且酒店是島嶼，所以有蚊子。

Everything is perfect except when we change our room Good house reef, perfect White sands, food not bad ( they have very good dessert ) But there is one thing I need to complain : After stay three nights in the water Villa, we had a note from reception to tell us: we should pack our luggage at 8:45 for change our room to beatch villa. We wake up early and pack everything but no one came. After long waiting , The reception told us need to check out and wait until afternoon to get our new room . After a little argument , they agree us to wait at our room until 12 o'clock . It wasted me hours unpleasant. You could do better , my lovely Vilamendhoo!

全能经济实惠，性价比高
非常棒的度假，房间宽敞干净，而且怎么便宜还带按摩浴缸，性价比超级高。其实如果不是第一次去马代我会建议，不要那么麻烦的又是沙屋又是水屋的折腾，基本没有多少时间是在屋子里的，所以沙屋是最经济实惠的选择，浮浅又方便，屋子又凉快，去哪都近，去吃饭的路上又不晒。

非常令人愉快的旅行
因为系统故障水屋少住了一天，虽然给补了100刀，但是多少有些遗憾吧。其他的都很好，房间也很整洁干净。预定的时间太早了，没有什么优惠，快出发时发现agoda可以免费升级AIP。

非常完美的旅程 請大家保護珊瑚礁
酒店的接待都很好，餐廳有專人服務我們的小黑也十分nice，包三餐但不包飲，每餐也吃得十分飽，珊瑚礁無可否認真是十分多，請大家保護不好踩踏它們，浮潛租借有點貴，建議自備，水上屋真是必住，有9成是外國人，中國人甚少但看到有一對在水上屋不斷吐痰，非常缺徳 ，大殺風景！ 其他一律很好，天氣每天也太陽，生日有送蛋糕和擺放鮮花，不見了手機向酒店報案 ，最後尋回 非常高興！是十分完美的旅程

It was a cool & beautiful vacation there. The service was good, foods quality was nice, we had different meal everyday. We lived in two different type of rooms. We recommend this cool place.

整體不錯，服務跟水屋有差距
由於早前住了水屋關係，當轉到沙灘屋後，感覺差很多，首先，沙灘屋沒有被提供，只在櫃中有毛氈，但感覺不太乾淨，其次，服務員執房期間沒有更換已使用的毛巾，另外，在餐廳進餐時，服務員極少主動過來招呼，最後，在訂房時已提及honeymoon,但到埗後依然沒有honeymoon裝飾，其實酒店設備，環境是十分好，可惜沙灘屋所提供的服務質素不太好

很好的浮潜环境，房间卫生也很好
鱼很多，浮潜很好。房间服务员总在我们不在时做好卫生，很棒。客服也在我们主张下，积极为我们调整水飞的时间，谢谢他们，令我们有足够的时间参观马累。 餐厅食品出品很差，与酒店的档次不符。 自从去年酒店与国内旅行社合作后，同胞很多，有点像海南岛。

A good hotel
i have stayed 1 night in beach villa and 2 nights in water villa. in water villa you have more freedom. not like in beach villa. the seat for restaurant is assigned. you are not allow to change your table. but in restaurant of water villa. it has less people and you can sit anywhere you like. the underwater world is so beautiful. you can snorkeling in different place. The reef near the water villa is the best. food is average.
