「Disappointing — AC did not cool the room We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised air conditioning. Unfortunately, our room remained 24–26°C overnight despite the AC being set to 19°C and running continuously. The outside temperature was approximately 22°C. We reported the problem and provided a photo documenting the...

「Very nice hotel and restaurant. Our evening dinner was excellent. The hotel is stylish and very clean, well maintained. My only complaint was that the breakfast was not particularly good and there were no staff around when we arrived. We were not offered a cooked breakfast and the scrambled eggs available were like rubber! Some Spanish arrived after us and spoke to the cook and were provided with a fresh cooked breakfast. Disappointing for us! It would be helpful if the staff could say to guests...
