「Due to metro construction, access to the hotel either via taxi or bolt/uber was a little hazzle. Camera spaziosa così come anche il bagno. Letto e cuscini comodissimi! Il check-in è stato veloce e facile. Gli addetti alla reception sono gentilissimi! Linea metropolitana a 300mt con la linea E che arriva direttamente a Trinidad’s. Consiglio vivamente...

「This is a beautiful hotel and our suite was well appointed and had one of the best showers I have ever found in a hotel. Turn down service and cleanliness was fabulous. We had trouble keeping the room cool enough, the controls were confusing and would revert back to a default in the middle of the night. Staff was attentive and helpful but ultimately was unable to secure us dinner reservations other than in their own hotel and did not seem to have many restaurants that they worked with....
