「First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon). 「The staff were great, the food cart in the parking lot, the WiFi is good, and the beds are comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is that there really isn't much nearby, so if you don't have a car, expect a 15+ min walk to any food, groceries, or the tram line. Normally, that isn't a problem for me, but it was raining a lot the weekend that I was there, so a bit inconvenient.」
