「Very clean, nice amenities, bathroom very clean. Helpful, courteous . Perfect size for a couple of ppl. Very close to shops..」

「The unit is lovely—comfortable bed, deep tub, rain shower, smart tv, kitchenette, balcony. I stayed here for a good while (2.5 weeks) and I had a cold for about a week of that so I spent a lot of time in the room. It was very pleasant. The housekeeping is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they’d take the bathroom garbage out but leave the kitchen garbage. Sometimes they’ll change towels regularly but other times, they would go like a week without doing that. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal....

「位置比較難找, 離鬧區要走路一小段, 晚上出行較不方便, 但房間無可挑剔, 床品是我在河內睡到最舒適的一間, 飯店走環保路線較少一次性備品, 對我不是問題, 非上班時間進出雖然沒有接待員, 但Host隨時在線上服務, 入住一切問題都能得到解決」

「飯店相當寬敞且每天都有人會打掃，早班的櫃檯小姐相當親切且很熱心助人，有問題都可以請教她，我們最後一天離開要去機場定位不到也是麻煩她幫我們。」

「We were after a room with large space - which a lot of the hotels in Hanoi didn’t offer. This was fantastic, especially for the price point! Conveniently located near to train street and lots of shopping and eating, can walk easily to a lot of these places. Being dropped off by Grab was a little tricky, the street the apartment is on actually does not allow cars, so there’s a bit of a walk from the Main Street - if you have a lot of luggage and kids, I could see this as a problem but otherwise...

「The room look nice and simple, not too fancy but feel comfortable to stay. Furniture is mostly wood so the space feel warm and a bit traditional, I like that style. Everything look clean and ok, nothing special but no problem also. Bathroom is a good point, very clean and smell fresh, this is important for me so I feel quite satisfied. Location is also good, in Old Quarter area so it easy to go around, eat and walk to many place. Overall it a decent place to stay, worth the price and suitable...
