Good stopover location

Good location just off the A71, friendly staff at check in & own car park. Small supermarket & petrol station really close. Hotel a little tired, shower cubicle cosy. That said was a good location / overnight stopover.

We boked this hotel for an overnight stop en route to the Dordogne. Reviews were good and Google showed lots of places to eat and drink. After a long drive we just wanted a freshen up up and a nice meal. The hotel was generally acceptable, but the smell from the shower was awful and made it unusable. All but one of the eateries in the area were closed, so there weren't alternatives to eat. I found the locals rude. Wouldn't recommend Vierzon in general. The hotel stay was spoilt by the smell of the shower

The receptionist upon arrival was great. Room rather small with a tiny bathroom, it was hard to get into and close the shower. The breakfast wasn't great value, limited choices for the price. For the price and location near the motorway it was okay overall.

The bathroom smelled awful of drainage from the wash basin and shower. Wash basin missing plug so you cannot fill the basin. Had to have the bathroom door shut and bedroom window open in excruciating heat to get rid of smell with air conditioner on cold.

Excellent stay

Excellent hotel, warm and spacious and had everything we needed for an overnight stay while travelling. Parking immediately outside and staff friendly and helpful. Room quiet and bed comfortable. Had ample hanging space, chair, stool and writing dest. Room smelt fresh and bathroom adequate. All very clean. Highly recommend and will use again

Bad Experience at what used to be favorite chain.

No lights in parking lot when I arrived at 21h20. Felt very dangerous and unsafe. Room smelled of disinfectant. Toilet flush mechanism did not work, so toilet was not usable. Nobody on premises to talk to about fixing toilet or moving me to a different room. TV had no English speaking channels. Very disappointing overnight stay. No comparison to my stays at the more modern facilities run by B&B Hotels. Unfortunately, this bad experience brings down the reputation of the entire chain. I will opt for Ace Hotels in future when both are available.

Hormis l accueil qui etait top, la propreté laissait à desirer dans la chambre qui était poussiéreuse et sale malgré une litterie plutÎt correcte et ne parlons pas de la sale de bain... humide, sale pour ne pas dire autre chose, presence de fourmis, de moississure dans la douche etc... le petit déjeuner était juste comme il faut ni plus ni moins. Tres déçus par rapport à la notation lors de la réservation.
