The hotel was okay for a night during long travel. Hotel staff was friendly. At the same time the facilities were very basic for this high price and airco and electricity was broken. It was definitely not worth the price!

Good value for the price and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated, with a stained toilet & radiator hanging off the wall in our bathroom.

This was an ideal location for a stop over on the way to Paris from Vichy. The hotel was a little dated and parking was free. It was perfect for a 1 night stay but quite noisy from the motorway. Staff were very friendly and my son loved the sports car theme.

Well placed stopover

Good situation close to motorway. Our room was at back so no noise problem. Good value breakfast. Discount at Buffalo Grill restaurant 10% 5 min walk.

We stayed here as it it easy to get to from the motorway and it was a good price. There was a group of very loud people, adults and kids, banging on room doors and running up and down the corridor until late. I asked them to be quiet, but thought reception should have also said something, as it was the rooms right near reception. Despite this, the room was great for the price, comfy clean bed, very convenient for a Eurotunnel return journey. We have stayed here before and will do so again, just unlucky this time with the neighbours!

Glad we only stayed one night.

This was a one night stop over as we travelled from north Spain, to the UK. The service was great and can’t be faulted. The room however was VERY basic. We arrived at 8.30pm and just needed to sleep (family of 5). At best the room can be described as a very poor level student accommodation. My partner described the shower as “disgusting” and told them “not to touch anything!” We didn’t realise it was this bad as we went straight out to find food, which was nigh on impossible at this time of the evening. The room was extremely hot and there was only one fan to keep 5 people cool….which it didn’t. There was no air conditioning. As I had a 9 hour drive the next day the only way to sleep in such a high temperature, was to open the window. This helped, but resulted in multiple mosquito bites! Breakfast was basic for the price but fine. The main problem is that the showers weren’t clean…and clearly need replacing. Investment is needed to bring this up to a basic level.

De passage à Enzo hôtel

L'hôtel est atypique, le personnel sympathique, le ménage bien fait, merci à l'équipe. Le seul bémol, les salles de bain demanderaient à être rafraîchi!

Pratique pour une étape, mais…

Idéalement situé au bord de l’autoroute, pour faire une étape. Literie moyenne et pas possibilité de faire le noir dans la chambre :-( Odeur de cigarette persistante dans la chambre (qui vient peut être des personnes qui fument devant l’entrée). Rapport qualité prix du petit dej pas intéressant : peu de choix, beaucoup de queue pour se faire un café

Bonus : les céréales aggloméré... sûrement là depuis trop longtemps Certains personnel d’accueil sont incompétent au point de ne pas savoir lire une facture... et de vous obligez à etre en retard... Nous avions réservé une chambre à 2 lits. Le sommier de l un des lits avait plusieurs lattes manquantes au niveau du dos. Dans la salle de bains, le bac de douche ainsi que le lavabo étaient d une propreté plus que douteuse.

Tres mauvaise isolation, nous entendons tout ce que les voisins des autres chambres font .. L'hôtel aurait bien besoin d'être rafraîchit, il est très vieillot. Bon accueil néanmoins à notre arrivée dans l'hotel.

Je sais qu'avec un prix aussi abordable, il ne faut pas être trop difficile. Il n'empêche que la salle de bain mériterait d'être revue. Moisissures plafonds douche et plus. La pomme de douche type pluie est à 1,90m du bac, donc pour moi qui mesure 1,93m je suis obligé de me plier en deux pour passer dessous. Si je ne veux utiliser que le jet de la douche, il ne me reste alors que le tiers de l'espace. Le fonctionnement du système douche est hyper compliqué et ne fonctionne qu’une fois sur deux. VMC insuffisante donc sauna dès qu'on reste un peu trop sous l'eau chaude. Pas de gel douche, système cassé et porte initiale remplacée par un rideau version. Sincèrement à revoir en termes fonctionnalités et hygiène. Pour la chambre cela reste acceptable, même si la climatisation à côté du lit n'est pas des plus confortable en termes de bruits. Le petit déjeuner mériterait d'être un peu plus attractif. Nous voyageons régulièrement et nous plaignons rarement. Mais là, la salle de bain est carrément à revoir. Personnel chaleureux, sympathique et de bon conseils. Merci

La chambre est grande, bien pour une personne a mobilité réduite ce qui n'était pas notre cas donc mitigé. La douche est grande mais pas de douchette seulement une grosse pomme de douche. Pas non plus de savon a côté du lavabo une fois le sol mouillé il fait aller prendre du savon a côté de la douche. Les toilettes trop hautes pour nous. Et surtout le point négatif pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain, froid il faisait très froid donc le temps que l'eau chaude arrive pas top. On a aussi eue des coupures électrique dans l'hôtel. Vraiment pas top. Je pense qu'on évitera cette hôtel a l'avenir

Étape sur trajet

Emplacement idéal pour étape. À 1 mn de la sortie d'autoroute. Parking sur place. Bon accueil. Chambre propre. Bonne literie. La réception nous a indiqué un bon restaurant italien en ville pour dîner. Nous recommandons.
