Upon arrival, owner was extremely nice. However, as soon as we entered the rented room, there was a strong odor coming from the AC unit, and in minutes, I was nauseated. We didn’t t stay more than 15 minutes. We were lucky enough to find another place to stay the night in Vieques. Room was non refundable.

We were lost and the host patiently guided us to the property. Loved the ambiance of the surrounding. Room was perfect for our needs. Husband enjoyed the complimentary coffee. The island is exceptional, wild horses roaming around and rooster crowing in the morning, omg miss it already. This place is a dream.

Cute, practical, and clean

This is a great little place to stay for a couple of days, easy to quickly check-in and check-out, clean, a bit of wear-and-tear. Importantly, sheets and bathroom were both clean. I was not in Vieques for long, and this was perfect for me.

Room was what we expected and the hosts were very responsive. Check in process was simple. Due to a road closure, you had to wind around to get to it which took extra time out of your days going to and from. There is a little market right across the street which was convenient for getting snacks and drinks. One word of advice, do not use Apple Maps when trying to find this place as it will not find it, use google maps. In fact. Google maps for the entire island.

This was perfect for a one night stay on the island. Having a store right across the street was a bonus. We enjoyed the coffee and community room on the first floor as there wasn’t any sitting space in the room. The only thing we noticed was a lot of birds outside the window so if you are a light sleeper that might be an issue but they did provide earplugs so I’m wondering if that’s why. We were tired from a late night at the Bioluminescent Bay so we had no problem falling asleep.

This cozy apartment had everything we needed for a short stay like bath and towels. A comfortable bed, mosquito nets and air conditioning ensured a restful night. Although the small Roku TV hat many applications it wasn’t possible to add other apps because the PIN was not available. The functional mini fridge added convenience, leaving no room for complaints. Sadly the room interior didn’t look exactly like on the pictures. Also we had a hard time with the locking and unlocking our doors.
