Everything was perfect! First time in Laos and it’s a place I will never forget. The staff was amazing, food was next level, the room was just wowww. Price was good. Loved it!

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist wherever we were on the property. Their hospitality was one of the highlights of our stay. Security at the hotel was very strict, with metal detectors and X-ray screening for bags at the entrance, similar to airport procedures. Additionally, there were several armed security personnel patrolling the area. While this level of security was unusual, I am unsure whether it was standard practice or temporary, as I believe high-level officials may have been staying at the hotel during our visit. Overall, the security measures did make me feel safe; however, having to go through screening every time we entered the hotel was somewhat inconvenient. Personally, I am comfortable with firearms, but my wife is not, and the visible presence of armed security made her feel uneasy. This is something that may also concern other guests in the future

Super attentive, I told them it was my cousins celebration and they were able to bring a whole cake! Rooms are clean with over the top details and amenities. The skybar was entertaining with incredibly flavourful food as well.
