「Great location. Clean room」

「I love hampton suites. Very roomy and well laid out. What I didn't like was the noise from the bathroom. Sounded like a water leak with a constant drip sound. I reported it and was told it was a fan making the noise. 2nd night we turned on the bathroom fan and shut the door. This worked pretty well. All in all nice stay minus the drip sound the first night. Very friendly pleasant hotel staff.」

「We rebook here because the beds are comfy and plenty of pillows. Breakfast is good. All usual fair but really good . Breakfast lady is super nice and keeps the food hot and ready . We booked the suite this time and it was nice and lots of room. Very safe area . I would suggest some attention to the pool area. We enjoyed it but it needs attention. Madison itself is amazing!! Lots to do .」

Check in was fine - it was clear there was some remodeling going on - and the hallway had sticky notes for the room numbers.
