Very clean, in the throws of having upgrades, which are coming along nicely. Could have used a few more hand towels, I did not ask because we were out a lot and I forgot to. Great secret of Tyson's Corner!

Two lights do not work. The one over the kitchen sink and the one between the bathroom and the bed was very dim but would flicker every couple of minutes. The bathtub didn’t seem cleaned at all. There were so many different strands of hair all over it. Other than that the staff was nice so I would come back as long as those things were fixed.

Staff was terrific. Bath tub drained extremely slowly. Door to guest room was extremely difficult to open and close. Internet connection was difficult to establish but the staff was very helpful in getting it figured out. Need more than paper coffee cups in the room. Glass and/or plastic is needed for some types of drinks. Staff was great at getting a glass for me. Mini Mart/Sundries Shop needs alcohol to sell to guests. Parking spaces are too narrow. My passenger side door was hit by person opening the car door next to me. Entire facility needs a renovation -- the exterior looks very decrepit.

The reception staff were attentive. The breakfast was always replenished and the area was clean. The only issue was that the kitchen utensils were missing in the room, and the food disposer was leaking water when used. Otherwise, I had a great stay with my family! The area is truly wonderful, close to Walmart and great shopping malls.

We enjoyed the stand-alone apartment with fireplace and kitchen. Bed was not super comfortable, water pressure not so great. There were two mugs, two bowls and two plates, but no glasswear, so bring your own if you like to drink out of glasswear. Location was good for getting to our family events.
