Modern Comfort in a Perfect Location We had a wonderful stay in Vienna. The hotel is very nice and modern, with a beautiful Scandinavian aesthetic that I personally loved. At the same time, it was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The room had everything we needed, from appliances to make our own coffee and tea to excellent toiletries. We also loved the location. It is right next to a metro station, and since Vienna has such an efficient public transport system, it was very easy to explore the city. The hotel is also close to a very central area with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again, even when visiting other cities.

Great location near Westbahnoff

Nice modern design and materials for a few days stay. We are used to the smaller size room design so that part is fine as well. The bed was a nice large size and it’s important to not lose that aspect when downsizing everything else. Great location.

Had everything I needed. No staff on site was fine for this trip. Comfortable bedding. Complete control of the climate control was very important to have. Shower fixture could be better. Close to the west train station but on a busy road. Good sound proofing prevented it from disrupting my stay.

Very comfortable bed, very good amenities in the room for this price (microwave, coffee machine, teapot, selection of teas and abundance of coffee capsules). All cutlery and plates that you might need. There were body lotion and hair conditioner (which is important to me) in the bathroom. I taken out the point for the room being dusty

Excellent location, very near to main station for Uban underground and Tram, and to a main shopping street. Our Standard studio was very comfortable, all facilities as described. Bed very comfortable and place very clean. Appreciated the extra drinks left in fridge. Will definitely stay again. Only issue -could not get any TV channel in English, despite 2 very speedy responses from Customer Team (via email) with detailed suggestions which unfortunately didn't work out. Instructions on how to amend and apply changes to language settings would be welcome. Thanks to Service Team for speedy responses. Really enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed my stay! It's in a good location for public transport (trams and underground trains) and one of the hop on hop off bus stops is a 2 minute walk away. Vienna is a big city, so its not walkable in my opinion, but this location made it easy to get everywhere. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and comfortable. There's a Thai restaurant on the ground floor, so there are often people around which is nice for the vibe. I haven't given 5 stars because the fact it's all automated is a bit annoying. You have to check in online to get a code and there's no desk or office nearby to talk to a human. I had problems checking in and the AI support was really good though. Lastly, there is underfloor heating in the bathroom! Winner haha

As a woman i really like this place very comfy

The location was very good, transportation was very easy. There is no reception, you handle everything from whatsapp or the application, everything is fast and I was able to communicate with the authorised persons when I needed. As a woman, I felt very safe. Numa thought of everything from our menstrual needs to our ironing needs, but I didn't use it because I didn't need it. I was going to criticise only because there was no paper towel, but I didn't see it, I saw it on the way out, it was next to the fridge. Cleanliness, warmth, everything was very good. Thank you for everything!

Clean comfortable and quiet

Great hotel close to u-bahn. Really quite well designed room excellent kitchette. Very comfortable. But check in process was hell. Didn’t get email and couldn’t check in remotely spent nearly 30 mins on phone trying to check in. Nightmare! Room isn’t cleaned during stay so tea coffee not topped up. Long life milk was off and curdled in hot water. Overall lovely if the niggles were fixed it would be 10 out of 10.

To begin with, the rooms are very comfortable and the hotel location is ok. The only problem is that this is 100% Whatsapp hotel. Starting with entering the room, no one on premisses and the worst thing you talk to bots. We had a problem with the safe deposits and it took over an hour to solve via phone. They don't give you a fresh towel before you talk to a bot. When you go out there is a place full of drunk people. I will not go there again.
