I enjoyed having public transportation just walking distance. Spacious apartment and clean. I will add some cabinet in the bathroom, always needed, and night stand with drawer.

property is great, 20 mins to city center on public transportation, plenty of areas to eat around here. the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator.

The property itself was clean and well maintained however the smell from the drain in the bathroom was awful. We left the bathroom light on to utilize the extractor fan however it hit you every time you went in and the door could never be left open. A few things were not as described in the description, such as cleaning products being available and Netflix on the TV. I messaged every day regarding the cleaning products and was promised every day that a member of staff would bring them round but nothing ever arrived. Netflix was not as much of an issue as we weren't in apart from the final evening where we had a quiet night before our early flight. Overall a pleasant stay but if we ever returned to Vienna I would be hesitant to stay here again.

Initially felt a little unsafe it was dark and raining on arrival and was a little out of the area, however a very nice apartment which was very safe and walkable lots of places to eat nearby and lots of convenient stores.public transport ran literally outside the door but uber was amazingly accessible.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location: a nice, quiet residential neighourhood that was a quick tram ride away from all the sights of the old town. (The tram stops are right outside, and the trams run about every 5 minutes, so getting around was a breeze.). There were multiple grocery stores within a few minutes’ walk, and various restaurants as well. We were there in a fairly hot set of days in August, but we found that the place stayed cool, with a lot of breeze flowing through. The kitchen is very well set up, with a full sized refrigerator+freezer and a full stove+oven, as well as cookware, dishes, cutlery, etc. Even a dishwasher! Very highly recommended, we loved our time here!

El apartamento estaba significativamente sucio desde nuestra llegada. El horno tenía restos de comida y mucha grasa acumulada, la cafetera estaba sucia, la nevera contenía restos de comida y suciedad, y el suelo estaba pegajoso. La guinda del pastel fue encontrar pelos en las almohadas, además de disponer únicamente de un recambio para una de ellas. En ese momento decidimos contactar con el alojamiento para explicar lo sucedido. La respuesta fue rápida y amable, y nos aseguraron que enviaría a alguien ese mismo día para limpiar. Habría podido quedar en un simple error con una solución rápida… pero nunca apareció nadie y no volvieron a dar señales de vida. Más tarde descubrimos que una silla estaba rota, así como varias luces del baño fundidas, entre otros detalles. En general, una estancia decepcionante y muy poco presentable. Por económico que sea el alojamiento, la higiene debería ser absolutamente imprescindible. Lo único positivo fue la buena comunicación con el centro de la ciudad y la parada de transporte justo enfrente del apartamento. Todo lo demás podría haberse quedado en una anécdota si hubiesen cumplido su palabra de venir a limpiar o, al menos, traernos sábanas limpias, que fue lo único que pedimos expresamente.

Die Wohnung war im großen und ganzen in Ordnung für 4 Tage. Wenn man nur zum schlafen dort ist. Zur Lage: Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt gegenüber, das war super - von hier aus war man immer recht schnell bei den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten :-) Zur Wohnung: Es war alles was benötigt wird vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Geschirr, Besteck, Backofen, Waschmaschine sogar Waschmittel (jedoch haben wir nicht gewaschen, da sonst die saubere Wäsche nach Rauch gerochen hätte), Wäscheständer, Handtücher, Duschgel, Haarschampo. Sauberkeit: naja - der Tisch war dreckig, haben wir erstmal gesäubert und die Wohnung hat extrem nach Rauch gerochen, haben dann am 1.Tag direkt Raumlufterfrischer gekauft und täglich gesprüht - so ging es dann einigermaßen. Was auch etwas nervig war, dass die Gastherme ca. alle 30min zündet - was man im Schalfraum sehr hört, trotz geschlossener Türe.

Daire gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Mutfağı,kahve makinası mevcut. Sessiz sakin bir bina kendiliğinden giriş vardı ve sorunsuz hallettik. Yemek yapmak için mutfak malzemeleri var ancak tuz ve yağ da olsaydı iyiydi Çamasir makinesi var ama deterjan yoktu. Havaalanindan wien Mitte ye oradan metro kullanıp tramvay bağlantısı sağlayarak aparta ulastik. Viyana'da Ulaşım gayet rahat. 2 nolu tramvay durağı apart otelin hemen yanında, parlamento binasi, belediye binası ve müzeler bölgesine tek tramvayla ulaşabilirsiniz.Şehir merkezine aktarmalı çok rahat ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Sakin bir yer. Hemen 200 mt yakınında Arap mutfağından soskak lezzetleri, sebze meyve satılan 6-7 ye kadar açık olan uzunca bir pazar yeri ve dükkanlar var. Pazarın bitiminde gece açık bir kaç mekan mevcut. Yakınında bir fırın ve bir market var saat 8 gibi kapatıyorlar.

Belle surprise en arrivant au logement, il était très spacieux, la salle de bain également. Seul bémol au tableau, quelques poêles en téflon très abîmées, heureusement une autre était correcte. Sinon, appartement très propre, quartier calme et tram accessible en bas du logement, un réel plus. Je recommande donc cet appartement.

Die Unterkunft ist neu und sauber. Es ist ein wenig laut, da die Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustür fährt. Dafür hat man aber eine gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Es ist etwas einfach eingerichtet. Ein wenig mehr Deko und ein Badeimer hätten wir schön gefunden. Der Kontakt war aber sehr freundlich und nett. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in Wien.

Apartamento muy cercano al centro histórico con parada del tranvía en la misma puerta. Acogedor, baño excelente, cocina completa y cama grande y cómoda. Muy limpio!! Una buenísima elección!!
