Very big apartment, friendly staff, nice decoration, convenience location. Small problem is ~ the water pressure isn't ideal to have a comfortable shower

靠近購物區，地點非常好,走到街上細心留意NH酒店的招牌便不難找到，房間挺大，check out 的時候員工有點不熟手，我上網已付所有費用但她又再收我一次，我解釋後她也非常抱歉

The room is spacious

It is close to underground, very convenient. It is also close to the main train station. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. It is quiet. Next to the hotel, there are lots of shops, restaurant, supermarket and department stores.

very close to Metro station

the hotel is very near Metro station. We requested twin room but the hotel arranged double room. After change, the front desk arranged a "twin room", but this "twin room" was put two beds together and cannot separated in to two, even 1cm. No kettle in this room.

房大設備幾好，購物區，下次會再來

room有wifi！落街已經是購物街，去看市中心景點直行左手全是重點15~30min十多個博物館，名店街好多嘢買！

Easter in Vienna

Rooms large and comfortable. The hotel was clean. It is not easy to find as you expect to see it in Maria Hilfrstrasse. Actually there are signs to follow, since the hotel don’ face Directly on Maria H. Strasse. There was not a bar where to get a drink after a day out. It is quite weird, since normally a 4 stars should have it.

Leider sehr enttäuschender Reinigungsservice. Die Mülleimer wurden nicht geleert, und beim Handtuchwechsel wurde nicht ausreichend für alle Gäste im Zimmer nachgelegt. Zudem kam es zu einem Ausfall der Warmwasserversorgung, auf den das Personal weder mit einer Entschuldigung noch mit einem Angebot zur Wiedergutmachung reagiert hat. Reklamationsmanagement: Fehlanzeige.

Dieses Hotel entspricht keinem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Hotelzimmer und Flure sind altmodisch und heruntergewohnt. Das Treppenhaus erinnert an ein Parkhaus. Eingangsbereich schwer zu finden, man muss in der nicht gerade einladend-wirkenden Passage an Obdachlosen vorbei um ins Hotel zu kommen. Zimmerausblick auf ein altes Parkhaus. Hotel besteht aus zwei Gebäudeteilen, die nur sehr umständlich über einen langen Fußweg miteinander verbunden sind. Frühstück wirkt billig und bietet wenig Auswahl/Abwechslung. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt hier leider überhaupt nicht zusammen. 4-Sterne sind unserer Meinung für dieses Hotel absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. War für uns leider ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt.

Vienna was infested with homeless people ;(

Decent hotel but the street is infested with honeless people. They are annoying and will follow you to the hotel. When we mentioned that to the receptionist, she didn’t do anything, other than mentioning that we could call the police. Room was ok. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as there are multiple food options on the same street, all decent quality and delicious. Also, the Russian-speaking lady at the reception needs to be investigated for a double role she may be playing in Austria. She was very intrusive with her questions. Overall ok hotel but not coming back here again.

Dirty entrance, decorated by cigarette butts. The main entrance is not on Mariahilfer Strasse but it is on a back street. There are two NH hotels on Mariahilfer Strasse. This one is a subpar facility, it is not up to the name of NH.

Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann vom Hotel aus zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten im 1. Bezirk laufen. Die U3 fährt auch in direkter Nähe ab. Also eine perfekte Lage. Ein Platz in der Tiefgarage ist in 2025 teurer geworden, nun 21,90€.

Hotel espaçoso. Ótimo atendimento. A entrada pela rua Mariahilfer é por uma galeria de lojas e a identificação do hotel é uma placa no alto da fachada, o que pode dificultar o reconhecimento.
