Good traffic, location and nice design
Very good location and easy traveling in the city. The front door was a little difficult to find,but if you find it, you will really enjoy it.

Reasonable price offering convenient location
Stylish decor & walkable distance to central town/ opera house. Can only comment as a so-so multinational motel. Room is so small that even not able to lay open a luggage! Seems nothing else other than a bed & a tv. Awful mattress lead to backache after 2 nights stay. Room to improve for cleanliness of bathroom, stain on glass/ floor.

Room size a little bit small, if you stay for vacation with family but location is super nice for sightseeing by walking

Motel one locates at the very convenient location. Lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, very close to many attractions and subway stations. However, front desk staff was not nice. Room does not have coffee maker, nor hot water boiler. When we asked for it, front desk lady yelled at us. We even have to ask for cups for brushing teeth. We will not stay there again, will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

６連泊した。チェックイン時に宿泊代金全額支払いのため、途中で旅程の変更等が出来なかった。部屋に湯沸かし用のポットやコーヒーカップ、ガラスコップ等が置かれていなかった（お湯が必要な場合は、毎回１階にあるカフェレストランに依頼すれば調達可能）。連泊の場合、シーツ等のリネン交換は３泊後に交換（毎日交換するようフロントに依頼しても変更なし。ベッドメークは毎日可能）。バスルームのトイレは、小柄な日本人は腰掛けた際に足が床につかないほど便座が高かった。歯磨き用は紙コップだった（連泊したが２日目には置かれておらず、毎日新しいものを置くようフロントに依頼）。アメニティとして置かれているのは、大きなボトルに入った手洗い用の石鹸と、大きなボトルに入った髪の毛と身体を洗うオールインワンタイプのシャンプー（上から押してもヘッドが元の位置に戻らないため、床等に置いて手で戻してやる必要あり）のみ。

Nice Hotel, perfect location, close to main attractions and most importantly Sbahn Ubahn stations. Room super clean , comfortable beds...quiet.. My room was very small, ideal for a couple with small luggage. No place to store bit suitecases or closet space to unpack... very minimal.. But again..great location, friendly staff, nice 24h bar and in the center close to grocery stores, department stores and so on...

Tolle Lage - ich bin Wienerin, alles gut erreichbar zu Fuß Wenn parking näher sein könnte wäre auch toll ….. Frühstück sollte bis 11 sein Man könnte vielleicht dazu sagen dass man zum Gepäck ausladen einen 15 min Parkschein bekommt - Wien ist leider brutal mit Strafzettel Wenn man weggeht, ausschläft, dann mag man mal gerne gemütlich später raus ….. jeder hat nicht 6 o Clock Timer

Ein Hotel mitten in der Innenstadt, am Karlsplatz gelegen, die City fussläufig zu erreichen, einfach genial. Das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent. Der tolle Eingangsbereich war wunderschön weihnachtlich geschmückt. Unser Zimmer war auch geräumig und dass es keinen Schrank gibt, sondern nur ein paar Ablagefächer und eine kurze Kleiderstange ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend (ausserdem weiss man das ;-)) Wenn wir im Sommer wieder Wien besuchen, dann auf alle Fälle wieder hier!

Hotel is excellently located. Walking distance to everything and two minutes to metro station. Good ambiance. Staff was friendly. I would only ask to have TVs where we can change viewing language or at least be able to put subtitles.

Motel One is directly across from the Vienna Opera House, adjacent to the Karlplatz U-bahn station, and walkable to St.Stephens cathedral. It’s just off the Ring Road which makes it easy to get anywhere in Vienna. Great staff. Comfortable, new rooms, new decor, atrium, great breakfast (€15). We will definitely stay here again.
