Really nice room facing the court yard. The rooms are large by European standards and the quiet balcony is quite refreshing from the hustle and bustle on the streets.

Hotel Zipser, a great location and wonderful place

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zipser. The staff were helpful, the cleanliness and accommodations were pleasant. The hotel is also located in a great place, very close to city center and cafes.

Nice stay

We liked our stay at this hotel, and the staff were always helpful. Our room was a little small, and the step to get in and out of the shower was very high, and not good and safe for two older ladies in their early 70’s. We would stay there again as it is quite centre to any of the Christmas Markets.

The room was very clean and good. Location was great as well. Breakfast was awesome. However I don’t like the attitude of some staff during our stay. Especially the lady in the breakfast hall -she was rude-. Or the man who refuses to make eye contact during our check-in. I don’t want to sound judgmental but if you don’t want non-eu citizens to visit your hotel, simply do not confirm the reservations.

Good venue, close to the city centre and in walkable distance to many of the main attractions. Hotel was clean and comfortable with a great breakfast! Staff were helpful - only downside was that the hotel does not respond to emails very quickly if you are looking for information prior to your stay. Would recommend though as a good base when visiting Vienna
