This hotel was our favorite in our two week six city vacation. Our room was large enough to accommodate four adults and the balcony was beautiful. Hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful with dining reservations and transportation arrangements.

The room was spacious, and the staff was great. Beds are super comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. Aside from the usual offerings they prepare fresh eggs to your specifications, which is a nice plus. It’s right off Stephanplafz which is the main shopping venue for Vienna.

Location was perfect, near the Opera House and a short walk to St. Stephens. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our bathroom opened up onto a balcony with a view of Karntner Strasse. Good selection for breakfast and very friendly staff. Highly recommend because of the central location.

The breakfast was tasty and great, but it was NOT free. It actually was quite expensive compared to other options we found the other days. The fragrance in the lobby was a nice touch. Staff was professional & very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, and smaller, but very good efficient use of the space. Would stay again, and dine at Flava for dinner.
