Great room and an overall wonderful stay! The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Very nice and friendly staff. Great breakfast included in price. Good location, not pricy, needs some refurbishment, but it is ok place to stay and reach other locations in Viena. Good value for money. Unfortunatelly, wifi didn't work.

This hotel is in close proximity to the city, easily to get to with a bus that stops a block away. The room was basic, though clean, located in the back part of the hotel and therefore quiet. The bed had a good mattress which made for a good-night's-sleep. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of foods, like breads, cold cuts, cheese, etc. I enjoyed taking my plate outside to the garden area. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are eating places close by. I can recommend this hotel to the budget traveler as the room rate includes breakfast.

Great place to stay

Great hotel to stay at if you are wanting to explore Vienna. Walking distance to all types of public transport and located next to a series of supermarkets and restaurants. The staff at the front desk are awesome and willing to help you if you need anything. The breakfast was brilliant. They even make you a breakfast pack if you have to be at the airport really early. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice budget hotel, breakfast was excellent. The shower in the room is very small amd the bed mattresses are not comfortable at all. Overall a okay place to stay if you looking for a budget hotel. Tram stop is nearby and restaurants.

This is an old building. Nothing fancy here. The best thing is the desk clerk Barbara. She gave us the lift we needed. The breakfast is super. Great choices and they have 2 coffee machines. The location is not fancy. It's a working class neighborhood. The metro station is about 15 min walk. We did enjoy an amazing dinner at a resturant called BABYLON. No AC, just a fan and opened window.

If your looking for a clean, decent place with pretty helpful staff, to just lay your head, this place will work for you. If you're looking for a place to lay back in your room and enjoy the hotel itself, this is probably not the place.

Unfortunatelly we were a bit dissapointed, the service was great and very friendly, but the room was quite small, looked different then on the picture and it was not very clean ( kids found rotten orange under the bed) and there was problem with electricity, that fell out twice. Also parking in the hotel was charged extra. So I was expecting a bit more.

Although the area is far from the major attactions in Wien, I stayed here because of its proximity to the VIB, since I have to take the bus to Bratislava early the next day. The lady in the front desk was so nice. I originally asked for only one night double room and single night for the second night. But she allowed me to stay in the double room for two nights. I really appreciate the flexibility and consideration. Breakfast was great (although I missed the first one since I have to leave very early one morning). I hope they would consider having special early breakfast for some guests. Overall I recommend this place to anyone, especially family and friends who may want to stay in Vienna.

Very polite and helpful staff. Cleaning wise okay. Just not comfurtable matters and also in pictures they showed 4 beds actually we have got 2 sofa combed which were not comfortable at all. In the breakfast they dont care about vegetarian option and contamination. Which we were not happy about
