Very close to town center. Easy shopping

Excellent location. Luxury apartment. Very very helpful owner that helped to orient us even though we were late and he had another appointment he had to rush off to afterwards. Great WiFi and washing machine and kitchen Billa grocery around the block.

楽友協会、オペラ座、セセッション、シュテファン大聖堂、ホーフブルグ、ベルベデーレ、レオポルト美術館、主要駅は徒歩圏内。近くにスーパーはあるし、立地は最高です。キッチンも冷蔵庫、電子レンジもあり使いやすいです。冷蔵庫は冷気が強いのか野菜とか凍りますので注意です。洗濯機もあり3回分洗剤がありました。清潔です。暖房も問題ありません。シャワーはたまにお湯が出なくなりコツがいりますが、海外にはよくあることかなと。WiFiもあり動画も普通に見れるほどでベンリですが、なぜか金曜日になるとアクセスができなくなり、もう一つある速度が遅いやつだとつながります。が、一度一切利用できなくなりオーナーに直しに来ていただきました。いらっしゃったのが月曜日だったと思います。その週末は自分のWiFiで生き延びました。オーナーへメールしても、比較的返事は遅めです。

Freundlicher Vermieter, Wohnung soweit ok.

Das Apartment wurde gewählt, da es nahe der TU Wien gelegen ist. Aufenthalt war ok, der Vermieter freundlich. Ich würde die Wohnung allerdings als 3* einstufen, im Vergleich von Preis/Leistung mit anderen Aufenthalten in Wien. Nicht korrekt von Hotels.com finde jedoch die Preisangabe „inkl. Steuern und Gebühren“ wobei dann aber in der Buchungsbestätigung angeführt wird, dass zusätzlich €45 als Reinigungsgebühr beim Vermieter verrechnet werden. Wäre mir das vorher aufgefallen, hätte ich ein anderes Hotel gebucht.

Superb Central Apartment Hotel great location.

The has a superb location, very well stocked with all necessities. We were greeted by a very gracious landlord Daryoush Voshmgir. Mr Voshmgir went to great lengths to explain the advantages of the location, very helpful. The apartment itself was quiet, elevator access a step from the room door. AC, washer, all other appliances worked well. Many top locations are within easy walking distance, and beyond a major hub Ubahn (metro) station very close by. I would not hesitate to return to this apartment hotel in future. Mr Voshmgir goes out of his way to meet you at the door when you arrive, he will be waiting for you. No issues at all.

추천합니다.

숙소 관리에 상당히 신경을 쓰고 있는 듯 합니다. 주인아저씨(관리자??) 또한 여행객에 대한 배려가 기본적으로 있으시구요... 약속시간, 기타 여러가지 부분에 있어서 상당히 만족을 했습니다. 가족이 숙박기간동안 편안하게 머물수 있었습니다. 세탁기 및 건조대, 주방기기 등 모든것이 구비되어 있어서, 긴 여행 중 중간정비를 하시기에도 좋으실듯 합니다. 약 10%의 숙박객이 한국사람이라고 하시더라구요(그래서 인지 국그릇도 준비가 되어 있는...)...물론 도보로 모든 주요지역 이동 가능하구요...숙소 주변도 시끄럽지 않고 깔끔해서 너무 좋았습니다. 지인에게 적극 추천할수 있는 숙박지 입니다.

ロケーションは抜群です。国立オペラ場に徒歩圏内です。 階下に日本食品屋があり、私は利用しませんでしたが、必要な人にはとても便利です。 部屋は清潔感があり問題ありません。 台所やシャワー室の使い勝手も問題ありません。 部屋の鍵の開け方が分からず、管理人に来てもらいました。管理人曰く「開け方で悩むのは日本人だけ」とのことなので、日本語のマニュアルがあればよかったのですが。 ドラム式の洗濯乾燥機も難しいです。こちらも日本語のマニュアルがほしかったです。

The room was as advertised, professionally cleaned, and appointed comfortably. Herr Voshmgir was a bit odd to interact with; he was not very pleasant or courteous to us. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware etc but not really anything in the way of pantry staples. Luckily there are a number of grocery stores within close walking distance. A note for American guests: the laundry machine is a washer and dryer in one, but the dryer is not very effective at all. Line drying is much more effective. As is typical of the area, shampoo/body wash is provided but not conditioner. All grocery stores close early on Saturday and are closed all day on Sunday.

ウィーンで暮らすように過ごすならおすすめ。ホストは入居？時の1度しか会わなかったけどとても紳士的でものすごくきめ細やかで親切。英語でのやりとりだけどアジア人にも慣れてるように感じた。設備抜かりなし。私の部屋には食器、タオル、ランチョンマット、本、衣類洗剤3回分まで置いてあった。ただヨーロッパなのでもちろん歯ブラシはなく、シャンプーリンスボディソープは全部同じ。なぜか髪はきしまない…清潔で毎日安心して浴槽を使った。建物の1階が日本食材スーパー（店員さん日本人）ナッシュマルクトとローカルスーパー郵便局徒歩1分以内。オペラ座と観光客エリア徒歩10分。

Nice apartment, terrible mattress

We stayed here for 5 nights. we were issued 1 towel per person for 5 nights. Mattress was terrible!!! Springs poking into my body all night. This is a real apartment in an apartment building. There isn't any kind of onsite assistance. Adequate kitchen. We cooked one meal. Washer and dryer was great. We did 3 loads of laundry which was helpful as we were on a 17 day trip. TV and stereo were nice to have. We were able to play some cd's we bought on our trip. Location was great. Close to trains and city center but off the beaten path. AC unit in the room was a big help with the warm nights.

観光に便利な立地、部屋が広い、静かな環境

カールスプラッツ駅に徒歩５、６分程度、Tram駅に７，８分程度、シュテファン大聖堂へも２０分程度、極めて観光に便利な立地。ナッシュマルクトはすぐそばでレストラン、店舗、スーパーが多数ある。部屋も広くキッチンも整っているが設備は古い。浴室とトイレは別で日本人には馴染みやすい。ホテルのようなレセプションがないのでオーナーに何時ごろ到着と事前に知らせておく必要があるが、一旦鍵を受取り説明を受ければ後は全く自宅と同じ感覚。オーナーのとコミニュケーションは英語なので若干の英語力は必要。
