There was a great number of choices for breakfast, which included eggs, assorted meats and cheeses, salads, waffles, yogurts, fruits, delicious breads, and pastries. There was something for everyone.
Loved the live entertainment with weekend breakfasts and the food was amazing, good memories of the tasty food!
Basic room with some road noise and no way of blocking out daylight.
Good value value for money overall
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I was across from the elevator but did not hear any noise. They have a Nespresso in the room with coffee pods but no tea offered. There is no kettle in the room so to get hot water, I had to go to the front desk with my thermal mug to have them fill it from the bar. There was a 1 L bottle of water in the room but it was only complimentary if you booked your stay directly through the hotel. I confirmed with the front desk that as I used a booking site, I would have to pay for the water. First time I’ve encountered this in a hotel stay.
We appreciated that some of the workers speak quite good English. The cleaning girl is kind and thorough. We appreciated that when we needed to extend out stay due to a family medical emergency, they worked to keep us in the same room. The desk people gave us helpful advice about nearby shopping. The breakfast is bountiful, delicious, classic Austrian.
Very clean and cozy hotel not too far from the city center. The staff was super friendly and always smiling. The bathroom had a heated mirror, so your towels are warm when you are ready to use them. However, there are no hooks or places to hang them up on once you are done using them. The room was nice and the bed was actually fairly comfortable, too. What I disliked is that the headboard of the bed is right below a window with a curtain that ends right above the headboard. This means daylight will shine directly on your face as soon as the sun comes up. However, I'd still recommend this hotel. The overall experience was definitely positive.
The hotel was nice. The location and area not so great. Away from city center. It was a lot of construction going on. Nothing really to see next to the hotel. Be aware of taxi drivers. Use only Uber.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
Our coffee machine didn’t work, staff hardly greeted us, had a dispute over a birthday booking, weren’t very helpful but resolved in the end. English language barrier? The room was nice and comfy but overall the stay could’ve been better

we stay 3 nights and the 3 night there was loud music comming from a Bar right next to the hotel
The hotel looks absolutely beautiful inside and out, however it is incredibly noisy. I could hear everything going on in the next rooms and hallways, and every siren in the street. This would not normally bother me except they advertise sound proof rooms! They also advertise laundry facilities but there is only an expensive wash service where it costs more to have socks washed than to buy more.
We liked the hotel a lot. In a very nice area away from center city, but with easy access to tram and U. The room was great besides the bed a little hard and pillows flat. We would stay here again :)
We were very impressed with the kind of service all staff extended to all customers. The GM/Owner walked around each table to greet everyone. It's the personal touch that made the difference. It is not the center of town but everything is accessible via tram, train, taxi or Bolt(Uber). I highly recommend this hotel.
