2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
This hotel has poor customer service and the information they provide is not accurate. There is no air conditioning in the room, even though the listing mentions that there is. During a heatwave, it was impossible to chill the room sufficiently to have a decent night of sleep. This was mentioned to the hotel staff multiple times, and nothing was done to alleviate the situation. While the hallways and reception were climatised, our room remained so hot that we had to sleep with the door opened. The room was dated and cleanliness was poor. The bed was actually a Murphy bed that was bolted to the floor. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. While the location of the hotel is very good, all else remains poor.
