Correcto pero justito

Lo mejor del hotel sus trabajadores y el trato agradable y servicial. La habitación era correcta pero se veía un poco antigua. Lo que más nos decepcionó son las instalaciones, el hotel no tiene piscina, la foto del spa es un acuerdo que tiene con otro centro y se paga a parte (no incluido). Pero quizá lo más desagradable fue que cuando volvimos por la noche de hacer una excursión de raquetas y nos quisimos duchar, el agua no salía caliente, como mucho templada. Por la mañana muy caliente y bien pero no os recomiendo ducharos en ese hotel a partir de las 21h. El desayuno inicialmente parece que lo cuidan y tienen varios tipos de leche, pero la bollería dura como una piedra.

Good hotel in the centre of the Pyrenees

Very helpful and kind staff at the reception and at the breakfast. Due to covid measures, the reasonable and complete beeakfast is served by the staff. Parking in Vielha is free and rather easy on the street and central parking places. The rooms are a little dated but correct and clean. As the ventilating/heating system in the room wasn’t working, we had to sleep with open window which also lets in the noises. All in all a good hotel for its price. By car you go in less than 30 minutes to the most important walking routes like Saut deth Pish and Beret. There are many good restaurants like Kuki’s and Devins. We had a great stay! Thank you!

Buena relación calidad-precio y muy buen desayuno

Hotel de tres estrellas muy correcto, estuvimos en una habitación triple que era muy amplia y el baño tenía doble lavabo. El precio estuvo muy bien al incluir el desayuno, que es de los más completos que he visto, sobretodo para ser un 3 estrellas.

Habitaciones amplias y limpias, dos salas de descanso con TV, desayuno completo y de calidad y un personal muy cercano y agradable en un hotel situado en la calle principal de entrada a Vielha a 400 metros del centro.

La habitación parecía limpia pero tuvimos que matar un araña grande a mitad de noche. Solo hay wifi en la segunda planta, el ascensor falló en dos ocasiones y decidimos subir a pie 7 plantas, hasta la tv se apagaba y se reanudaba sola. La recepcionista que nos atendió no le dio importancia pero yo me siento estafada

Buena relación Calidad/precio

El hotel no está en el cogollo de Vielha pero se puede ir andando a todas partes. Hay habitaciones que dan a la carretera principal, que es ruidosa pero tienen buenas ventanas y persiana. Desayuno abundante y variado.
