「Super」

「Okay since it wasn't too expensive, but not a great stay. Room wasn't too clean, with debris on the floor and in the shower. There was no noise insulation. I could hear the lobby music in my first floor room, water usage, people walking on the stairs, alarms from neighboring rooms. Since there was no fan/AC it also required having the window open, so wasn't until 12am the talking restaurant crowd outside left. The location is very central, and not too far of a walk from the big free parking...

「In low season, the hotel still warming welcome us. Especially the staff in reception, Carmen, she is 100% nice lady introducing all information to us.」

「Located in a perfect location for exploring Vielha. Hotel is simple, but very clean, helpful staff. No air conditioning, and unfortunately our room (#304) was located right above a night club, so it was tough to keep the window open for air at night due to noise of the club door opening and closing. The windows are great at blocking out noise however. We also picked this lodging because the listing mentioned free parking. The parking is not on premises and is probably 1000meters down the road....

I stayed here for 5 nights. Housekeeping skipped changing our bath towels twice. When we brought this up to the front desk, there was absolutely no response. The staff just walked into the room to grab the towels without saying a single word. Furthermore, there were no tissues provided in the room, and not even a single trash can outside of the bathroom. We had to pile up our own trash inside the room, leaving banana peels and garbage sitting there for all 5 days without being...

「Room was clean and cleaned everyday, though I didn’t expect it. Nice to have a kitchenette」

「Great」
