「Really great place to stay to take the day to explore the area. Easy walk to downtown and the waterfront. We found a great place to have dinner in downtown Edenton and have a few drinks and then had just enough time to walk to the waterfront and catch the sunset. We had requested a bottle of wine for our return and were able to take that and watch the traffic go by on the large front porch during the evening. 「The hotel and staff was very good, the room was nice and new. Location was also excellent and the Mexican Restaurant next door was a great option. Our only complaint was we did not know we had to request to have our room cleaned, we were out the entire day and returned to a uncleaned room with no new towels. If we had known we would have at least hung up our towels to use the following day. The night staff provided us with new towels and said its been this way since covid. I think it should...
