Reservamos un cuarto para 4 personas de NO FUMAR y nos dieron uno de fumar olía muy feo la alfombra estaba muy sucia y el baño no tenía ni cómo cerrar no tenía seguro ni nada no servía el extractor del baño las paredes muy sucias y los muebles como el sofá todo muy sucio solo lo usamos para dormir porque para quedarse a disfrutar un rato no dieron ganas nos levantamos muy temprano a hacer check out porque el cuarto olía muy feo ..disculpas por decir esto pero la verdad no lo recomiendo para familias

There were roaches and the tub was dirty. Me and my partner stayed so I asked fi more towels And they said NO. The door lock was broken, cabinets dirty and fridge wasn't working good.

The night staff and my tier of maids s were great some others didnt like me which i could care less i knew them before it was motel 6 and they had a preoblem with me then but this time getting demoted and put in yore place pissed them off your bad you wasnt made to have that position anyways anyways loved the night and afyernoon shift

The room didn’t smell good it just needs some more update towels were stain it was too much movement going on so if you have kids it’s not good water didn’t get too hot they can add another bed instead of two queen beds same room it can go into the other room which is like an living room other than that it was good

Sketchy area. When I opened the room, and turn on the lights, and walked inside, there was a cockroach on the counter near the sink. Room smelled bad and all the furniture was outdated. Immediately left and told the person in the front desk about the cockroach and ask for a different room. The second room was on the second floor, noticed there were cats eating from the garbage left outside of one of the rooms on the second floor. Went inside the second room, turned on the lights and walked all the way to the end of the room to check the sliding glass door was locked. It wasn't locked because the lock/handle was broken so went to the front desk again and returned the cardkey and told him I wanted a refund. He said to call Hotels.com for it. Left and booked a room at a hotel down the street 5 minutes away for the same price. Surprisingly the room was completely updated and most importantly super clean.

Stayed in a non-smoking room and the whole room smelled of weed. Room needed major maintenance. I chose this place based off of the rating of 8.4 and excellent and the rooms were far from that. Mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Outside parking lot was extremely sketchy with people lingering in the parking lot. There's a reason that they have a no refund or cancellation policy. When you find out you're not getting what you paid for you're screwed. I honestly stayed in my car cause it felt cleaner and only used the room to shower. Definitely not worth the $91 I spent. Price should be around $50 and even that a stretch. I would not recommend that you stay here if you have any sort of standards.

My employees had roaches crawling on the walls. The floorboards were all lifting and scratched up. It was very dirty and smelled like marijuana. Do not recommend.

errible Experience – 0/10 Stars I regret to say this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. I booked a last-minute stay using points, and even that didn’t justify the experience. Despite being in a non-smoking hotel, the room reeked of smoke. The furniture was visibly dirty and hadn’t been wiped down, and there were broken light covers. To make matters worse, the floor was warped and clearly hadn't been mopped in ages. The refrigerator was packed with ice buildup, indicating it hadn’t been defrosted in a long time, and I found hair in the tub, which was unpleasant. Furthermore, the bathroom doorknob was loose and felt like it might fall off at any moment. As someone who works in the cleaning profession, I’ve encountered my fair share of poorly maintained places, but this one stands out for all the wrong reasons. On a positive note, the staff were attentive, and the mirror in my room was clean, but that was the extent of the positives. I wouldn't consider staying at a Motel 6 or similar budget accommodations again, as I would feel safer sleeping in my car. Yikes!
