「I booked this hotel based on the reviews and was sorely disappointed. Checking in the guys at the front desk “Mario” was unprofessional and was using profanity while on the phone with a calling guest who has having trouble locating the property. Please nice being check in, we walked to our room and opened the door to a foul smell, we had to open the window to try to air out whatever they had going on. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked like the shower floor had not been cleaned...

「This was the second time staying at an Avid Hotel and I was just as impressed as the first time. The room was comfortable, well maintained, and nicely decorated. It felt upscale but was priced to be affordable. The check-in process was efficient and staff were professional and friendly. 「The bathroom was dirty. Someone checked in to the room above us and were running back and forth around 11pm. This went on for around an hour and then they were back up around 530 am and woke us up.」
